Team Reid Waiting for Sharron Angle to Commit to Debates

Yesterday Team Reid campaign announced its plans to participate in two statewide non-partisan debates with opponent Sharron Angle, assuming she agrees to them.

The first debate will be sponsored by Sunbelt Communications and the Las Vegas Sun and will air statewide on KRNV, KSNV, and KENV on October 19, 2010. The debate will happen in Reno and will include a panel of three Nevada journalists including Ralston, Anjeanette Damon, and a third journalist to be named later.

(Um… I checked my calendar and do happen to be free that evening, just in case anyone was wondering.)

The second debate will be hosted by the Nevada Broadcasters Association Foundation in Las Vegas sometime in October and will be moderated by Mitch Fox, producer and host of Nevada Week in Review.

Angle snubs top non-partisan NV public affairs show, must have realized it was going to ask her real questions http://bit.ly/chhRYM

NO. I would tell them to go suck wind. Sharron should dictate her own terms for a debate. There is a clear leader in this race and she should be dictating the terms to the looser eating her dust.

Tony’s right!! This is the same of several stupid mistakes that McCain made during the presidential debates. Is the Las Vegas Sun, KRNV, KSNV, and KENV impartial? Hell, no! Sharron should get her best shyster to negotiate conditions that put the best light on her and her ideas or tell them she’s not dumb enough to play on a tilted court.

The people that will support Sharron have already seen how corrupt CBS, NBC, and ABC are, and give them no credibility.

Sharron is the leader! She shouldn’t throw her advantage away!

Um, Sharron Angle comes across as completely insane, I hate Harry Reid but as a fairly moderate conservative I don’t even think I can force myself to vote for Angle. For the first time in a long time, I may just have avoid voting all together.
