Douglas County businessman, Jim Wheeler, Republican, has announced his bid for Assembly District 40. The district is currently being represented by Bonnie Parnell, Democrat.

Wheeler, a Republican, is the former CEO of Powerdyne Automotive Products.

Jim believes that, “For years now we have done business as usual with politicians in control of our destinies. It is time to start taking back the Assembly! It is time to implement some common sense solutions to our problems.”

“It is my intention to bring fresh ideas, fresh debates, and Republican values to our State Assembly.”
